All products manufactured by The Perry Company are warranted against defects in material or workmanship during normal use for one year after date of purchase. This warranty is nontransferable and is in lieu of all other warrenties expressed and/or implied. The total liability of The Perry Company will be the replacement or repair of the original item. All items presented for warrenty replacement must be shipped prepaid to our plant in Waco, Texas for inspection. Under no circumstances will The Perry Company accept liability for incidental or consequential damages. Any modification or alteration to a Perry Company product renders this warranty null and void.
